Thehires.

Every one of these started as a job description.

I build AI employees the way I'd hire one. Each gets a job, a training manual and a person who checks the work. Clients are described by industry, never by name, and every demo below runs on sample data.

The roster

Open one up.

Each build opens in place. The problem, what we built, what it changed, and a look at it running.

The problem
Calls land at 9 at night, or while the front desk is on the other line. The hottest lead is the one still on the phone.
What we built
A phone agent that answers in about a second, offers real open slots from the calendar and books one. It answers from approved material only, and puts a person on the line the moment a caller asks for one.
What it changed
21 days from kickoff to live. Every call leaves a trail the owner can read in a minute.
(615) 237-7969
  1. "Can I get a time with someone this week?"It checks the calendar and books the slot you pick.
  2. "What do you actually do, and what does it cost?"It answers from approved material. Anything else, it takes down for the team.
  3. "Sorry, wait, actually..."Cut it off mid-sentence. It stops, listens and picks up from what you said.
  4. "Can I talk to a person?"A real person's phone rings while you're still on the line.
The phone agent page, listing four things to say on the call
It answers for The Goude Group. See the phone agent
The problem
Owner-led, crews in the field, and an office running on spreadsheets and memory.
What we built
The review found 14 builds. At the center is a custom app for the crews and the office that carries six of them in one place: live jobs on a map, what needs a check today, and what's been reached but not invoiced.
What it changed
The app is live with the crews, and the review turned into a six-month build retainer.

Sample data. A fictional roofing company.
The problem
A member community running a funded-trader challenge needed one place for its traders to work from.
What we built
Live charts, P&L and positions marked to the tick, setups with entry, target and invalidation, the session schedule, and a desk assistant that reads each member's account.
Plus
The challenge pipeline behind it.

The trading desk: profit and loss for the day and open positions
Figures simulated. Demo data only.
The problem
High-net-worth members, a high ticket and white-glove expectations. Every step from payment to access done by hand.
What we built
Built for 100 new members a month. The contract goes out within minutes of payment, a ten-day chase runs on anything unsigned, access opens on signature, and a first-week sequence gets each member onto a concierge call.
The rule
Every failure routes to a person.

This one has no anonymized demo. Placeholder until there's a sample-data version to show.

What happens
A 20-minute assessment for each team lead, an hour with each of them, then a live readout. Two to three weeks, five or six hours of your leaders' time.
What you get
An efficiency score, a scorecard, a risk map and a roadmap with every fix ranked by the hours and dollars it returns.

A walkthrough of a sample review goes here once it's re-recorded with nothing identifying in it.

Showpiece

Talk to my AI employee.

Type, or press Talk. Ask what we do, how a review runs, or tell her what's slowing your business down. She's an AI voice built from mine, with my permission.

Opens in a new tab. Conversations are kept for thirty days.

How I find yours

Three hours. Now two minutes.

A corporate events company sets up 350 events a year. Here's what one setup used to take. Press run.

  1. Find the event's details in 10 different spreadsheets
  2. Build the event's project board in Asana
  3. Set up every step of it by hand
  4. Three hours later, start on the next event
  5. Do that 350 times a year

By hand. Every time.

Every company has a three-hour task like that. I find yours.

Your turn

What would you hire first?
